Property Description:

BG Estates Worldwide offers to all present and future clients an apartment near by the Marina-Dinevi Yacht port in Sveti Vlas. The apartment is part of the newest villa settlement of Dinevi Group called "Arena", situated in the south regulation extension of Sveti Vlas. It is one of the largest living structures in the area.

The Apartment
The apartment is on the second floor in one of the complex buildings (apt. 18, building 2) in the close of the sea. The residence has 3 rooms (two of them are bedrooms) and it is fully furnished.

The plot is situated on an existing gully and has a steep slope to the south. It is situated between 4 and 40 horizontal above the sea level. The plot is situated below the main road, passing through Saint Vlas, in the direction of the villa settlement “Elenite”.

The Complex
Developing the living structures and spaces, the designer has tried to reproduce the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian architecture. The characteristic of the period large terraces above the first floor, narrow windows, large eaves, bay windows towards the street and the yard, high stone walls and domes, wooden gates, parapets and stairs have been followed while structuring the architectural image of the settlement.Òhe living buildings of many stories have been “broken up” by using different materials, roofs at different levels, white plaster, breaking of the configuration, alternating battered and projected spaces and other architectural devices, which give to the architectural composition multi-planning characteristic of the Old Bulgarian architecture.

Sveti Vlas
St Vlas is a coastal village, a few miles away from the popular resort of Sunny Beach but still benefiting from being situated on the same beautiful bay as its larger neighbour. All of the Sunny Beach facilities are accessible by a short taxi ride, a shuttle bus, which runs every hour, or even a leisurely stroll along the sweeping, sandy bay. The international airport of Burgas is only a 20 minute drive and within the village itself there are a variety of restaurants and local shops. St Vlas languishes within the bay of Nessebar and the views directly across from the resort are of the ancient town of Nessebar.

Nessebar is a UNESCO, world heritage site.
Situated on a rocky peninsula on the Black Sea, the more than 3,000-year-old site of Nessebar was originally a Thracian settlement (Menebria). At the beginning of the 6th century B.C., the city became a Greek colony. The city's remains, which date mostly from the Hellenistic period, include the acropolis, a temple of Apollo, an agora and a wall from the Thracian fortifications.

Among other monuments, the Stara Mitropolia Basilica and the fortress date from the Middle Ages, when this was one of the most important Byzantine towns on the west coast of the Black Sea. Wooden houses built in the 19th century are typical of the Black Sea architecture of the period. Although the ancient town is a bustling hive of activity in the summer, during the quieter winter months the town takes on a far more relaxed, authentic feel. Local arts and crafts will often be displayed amongst the ancient cobbled streets and there are many art galleries tucked away within the ancient buildings.

The Marina
The crowning achievement of the Dinevi resort is the construction of the new purpose built marina, which is the first of its kind on the whole of the Black Sea Coast. t The marina will have a promenade, 304 berths and a selection of boutiques and restaurants. A benefit of the marina is that it has enabled us to improve our own private sandy beach, which now extends a further 50m along the bay towards the ‘La Dolce Vita’ complex. The picture below shows the view from our marina over to Nessebar.

A significant benefit of the marina is our clients prospective capital appreciation, as the finished marina will undoubtedly add value to properties in this, already one of the most exclusive areas on the whole of the Black Sea coast. The beauty of St Vlas is that it can never become over developed as it rests between the majestic Stara Planina mountain range and the beautiful Black Sea coast. This also ensures.
