The rooms are: entrance foyer, living room with balcony furnished with two beds, extra beds, sofa, mini fridge, phone, air conditioner, WC and bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Ventilation system is built, fire alarm, fire extinguisher, telephone, plumbing and electrical wiring as well.
The rooms are - 24 double rooms with balcony, 24 rooms without balcony and 8 penthouses.

Market environment and positioning


The hotel is positioned on the mid range on the market of summer tourist services. Our experience till this moment in Sunny Beach shows that precisely these category hotels meet the best financial options and requirements of most of the tourists visiting the Bulgarian Black see. The hotel is located in the central part of Sunny Beach, formally on the second line from the beach. The access to it is thru an open walkway to the beach.

The competition is mainly from the rest of the hotels in Sunny Beach. At the moment they are approximately 141 in the east side, with 70 000 beds all together.

In the country, the rest of the competition is mostly from the hotels in the other two big resorts-Golden Sands and Albena, the ones in the smaller resorts as well.

The main competitive advantage of Sunny Beach is the good infrastructure and more favorable climatic characteristics, modern infrastructure (plumbing, power distribution, roads, parking lots, etc.). Compare to the north resorts, the south part of the Bulgarian Black see have warmer climate, which allows extension of the tourist season from May till October.

The hotel has tour concluded contracts with some of the biggest tourist agencies like “Thomas Cook “, “Balkan Holidays” and many more. United Kingdom and the Scandinavian countries represent the main sources of tourists for the Bulgarian Black see and they have certain traditions in this area. Whit these Tour Operators are conducted contracts for the sell of 100 beds plus overnight.

The British tourists are traditionally large consumers of space. Because of this the income from the extra sales are above the average.
