Resort Operator
For the first twelve months, El Océano resort will be operated and managed by the complex Developers (JAIME BATLLE GINEBRA & ASOCIADOS).
They will be responsible for the maintenance and cleaning of the common areas including swimming, lighting and refuse disposal. Management will also provide 24 hour security, collection of monthly dues, as well as enforcement of condominium rules. After this initial period, the management of the complex will be decided by the apartment owners.
