Аnnual Rental Return is guaranteed at 8.00% per annum gross for 13 years, which amounts to 104% of the total purchase price!

To receive this guaranteed return you lease your property back to the developer, yet even though you lease it back you still get up to 10 days free use of the property out of peak season and if you wish to use a property within the resort out of this time, you can do so at a reduction of 50% of the usual price!

Calabria
