The Holiday resort is located 35 km from the regional center of Burgas and 18 km from the international airport of Sarafovo district and near the historic Nesebar – a part of the world heritage protected by UNESCO.

In residential building No2 is located the Spa center, fitness center, cosmetic studio, hairdresser’s, computer hall, children area. In the tallest building is located the Sky bar.
