The Tourist Complex is a specialized centre for thermal procedures and relaxation. It is located at the most beautiful part of Sredna gora mountain, (Central part of Bulgaria) the city of Hisar.

You can also annually and fully enjoy the diverse opportunities for relaxation and rehabilitation far away from the daily stress.

The Complex is located on the private park (3600 square meters) in the south part of city of Hisar.

With its tranquil location and its proximity to a broad-leaved forest the complex offers wonderful opportunities for yearly holidays and recreation. The Complex provides for excellent opportunities for relaxation and healing thanks to the almost yearly sunny days, to the clear mountain air, to the lack of industrial enterprises and the availability of thermals. Surrounded by rare plant species and many flowers, it is an unique combination of pristine nature and urbanization.

There are two buildings of four floors with two elevators: housing complex and hotel complex. It disposes with a private guarded parking. In the housing complex there are 21 one bedroom apartments with the average surface of 60 square meters each. The apartments have the following parts: an entrée which leads to separate rooms – hall with kitchen box, bedroom and bathroom. From the hall and the bedroom, you can go to a huge panoramic terrace.

The apartments will be build and equipped ‘to key’ 12.2008.

All flats of the complex consist of an entrance, a hall with small kitchen place, bedroom and bathroom. The main idea for the whole building is as follows:

• reflect the colour highlights - visually broaden the rooms, pass from reflected colours into colour accents (highlights)
• neutral silver – grey background for the rooms – on the floors, ceilings and walls
• the colour highlights in the different rooms are taken from the relevant colours in the outside wall of the building.

We have looked not only for colour solutions which are a continuation of the outside colour composition thus bringing freshness, joy and elegance, but also for the functionality of the rooms like for instance:

In the hall with small kitchen place we have aspired to find the synchrony between the kitchen and the hall in a way so that the kitchen furniture may pass into and become a beautiful connecting wall. This wall which is filled with reflected material will give depth to the room and will reflect the color effects.

The color effects pass from furniture to furniture while creating key groups such as kitchen with central composition of a table with four chairs, lamp and kitchen furniture, hall with a couch lamp, puff chair and a table. All the furniture is harmoniously and proportionally balanced.

The entrance is totally in silver-grey with glass sateen doors to let the light from the other rooms flow and fill with playful shadows the small cozy space. It has certain highlights and colours- such as in the hangers, drawers or decorative furniture.

The bedroom is always stylish in a particular color composition. It continues to caress the eye with a play of colors and nuances, with a focus on the bed and the multifunctional wardrobe which turns into a wall of reflective material thus giving depth to the room.

The bathroom has a neutral silver-grey background with glass sateen doors to let the light from the other rooms flow with color nuances; it has a small shower cabin with a the color relevant to the hall and the bedroom.

Chromotherapy is a natural treatment with light and colours. It is an unique therapy that has a great positive effect on the men's condition. Light and colours give us natural healthy vitamins that supply our bodies and we do not even notice. Colours have balancing functions and they can also regulate our mood.

Hisar Thermals

First chemical analysis of the mineral waters in Bulgaria has been carried out in 1882 in the city of Hisar. It is the beginning of the organized balneology in the country.

The city of Hisar has at its disposal 22 thermals – 16 natural and 6 drills with a temperatures from 37 C to 51 C. Water is slightly mineralized, without colour or odour, with gorgeous taste, and it can be used as table water.

The medical test of the Hisar mineral waters recognized the thermals’ healing and beneficial effect for many deceases. It is used for drinking for nephritis, urology problems, liver-bile deceased, stomach problems as well as deceases of the peripheral neural system. Bathing in the mineral waters brings relief for problems connected with the bones and joints, gynaecological deceases, endocrynologycal system and metabolism, as it provides for radon inhalations.

The mineral thermals are largely used for healing, prevention and recreation throughout the year.

The complex has at its disposal a reception, a cosy restaurant with fire place and panoramic terrace, a children playground and a beautiful garden. The City of Hisar

Hisar is an ancient as well as a modern city – ancient as its healing thermals and modern as their fresh streams.

According to the archaeological researches, 5000 years BC there had been an ancient city located around the Hisar thermals. Later around the thermal Thracians set up, and in a few centuries Romans came to inhibite this region. In 293 the Roman Emperor Diocletian walled the city which was named after him – Diocletianopol. The archeological remnants and monuments of different cultures – Thracian, Roman and others are preserved up to now and represent one of the many attractions of the Hisar Resort.

The city is located at the central part of Bulgaria, at the South slopes of Stara planina (the Ancient mountain) at 360 metres altitude.

Hisar is connected to the national transport net while it is close to the Thrace Headway, as well as to the Balcan Headway. The city is 36 km away from Plovdiv and 160 km away from Sofia.
