All the interior wall and ceiling colouring will be done with products of Kaparol in a colour chosen by the client.
All the flooring and wall cladding (ceramic, granite and faience tiles, as well as sanitary and accessories) will be delivered and installed at seller's expense in accordance with the client's choice.
The stationary furnishing will be made of natural materials. In the bedrooms the flooring will be of natural oak parquet - 18 mm. In the sitting-room there will be a water mantle-piece (imported) connected with the heating installation of the building, local for each of the houses. Solar panels - hot water collectors will be installed. In the sitting-room and the three bedrooms there will be an inverter air-conditioning system for heating and cooling.

Location

Plovdiv is the Plovdiv area center (area of 5928 sq.m), which is on the fourth place among the 28 areas in Bulgaria. The town is situated on 160 m above sea level with a territory of 53 sq. km in the Upper Thracian Plain along the two banks of the Maritza River.

History

Plovdiv is one of the most ancient towns not only in Bulgaria but in Europe. It is contemporary of Troy and is more ancient than Rome, Athens and Constantinople. Its history is connected to two Thracian tribes – Odrysian and Bessi, who lived in the Maritza River valley and Rhodope. The Thracians fortified a settlement on three of the hills and named it Eumolpias, which means “melodious” and is associated to the Thracian singer Orpheus. According to another legend the name of the town comes from Eumolpus – husband of the beautiful nymph Rodena.

Tourism

Thanks to its rich history and preserved centuries-old culture inheritance Plovdiv has become attractive cultural and historical center. Located in the center of South Bulgaria Plovdiv is a starting point to different attractive tourist routes. 30 km south is situated Bachkovo Monastery – the second largest active Bulgarian monastery. Founded during the 11th century it has been burned down, destroyed and built up over and over again. Part of the mural paintings are created by Zahari Zograf. The main monastery church is built up after the pattern of Mount Athos monasteries. 90 km south of the town is located the ski resort Pamporovo. Besides all the ski runs in Rhodope, there are marked and well-kept many tourist routes, suited to the advanced tourists as well as to the beginners. 50 km north is the mountain Stara Planina where the nature reserve Dzhendema is located. The reserve is situated south from the Botev peak (1400 – 2000 m above sea level). Around Plovdiv there are many geothermal springs which are surrounded by formed all-year active balneological resorts – Hisarya, Banya, Narechenski bani, etc.

Belashtitsa Monastery

The monastery “St George The Victorious” is situated just outside the village of Belashtitza – there where the Rhodopi mountains start to rise from the ends of the Thracian valley. The monastery is not big but is very cozy, nesting within the marvelous forest above the village.
The monastery was built by a Byzantine military commander, Nikifor Skifi, who in 1014 during a battle at the Belasitsa mountain (in present-day Macedonia) appeared with his men in the rear of the courageous Bulgarian Tsar Samuil and this way contributed to the victory of the Byzantine ruler Basilius II who left the field with plenty of spoils and prisoners of war.
In the 19th and 20th centuries, religious Bulgarians donated funds for further construction and improvement of the buildings, the yard and the church of the monastery. The monastery is declared a monument of culture and represents a complex consisting of a church, a chapel, residential and farm buildings. At present three nuns and 2 novices live permanently in it.
