The houses will be made of natural materials - ceramic bricks, stone, plaster, wood and tiles.
The tinsmith's work will be made of copper tin. The windows will be made of profiles with interrupted thermostat of the glass packet. The interior doors will be made of thick MDF with natural oak veneer and facing (Germany or Italy).
The structural system of the facades (including the thermal insulation and plaster in colour) will be made of products of Kaparol - Germany.
All the interior wall and ceiling colouring will be done with products of Kaparol in a colour chosen by the client.
All the flooring and wall cladding (ceramic, granite and faience tiles, as well as sanitary and accessories) will be delivered and installed at seller's expense in accordance with the client's choice.
The stationary furnishing will be made of natural materials. In the bedrooms the flooring will be of natural oak parquet - 18 mm.
