When the complex will be completed?

Phase 1 which includes buildings B1, B2, B3, B3, E2 and A2 will be completed with receiving Act 15 until the spring of 2011 and receiving Act 16 until the end of 2012.

The whole residential complex with a filled swimming pool and green park will be completed until the summer of 2012.

The Complex will ensure ordered safety within its grounds by the permanent presence of human security officers as well as comprehensive CCTV coverage. Access to the central pool area will be restricted and each residential entrance will have secured remote access.

Residents will be able to feel both comfortable in the security of their apartment as well as being able to let their children freely play in the kids play area and within the grounds.

Parking and Driving

The residential complex is blessed with an abundance of parking options both over and underground. There will be enough parking spaces available for each apartment owner to also have their own private parking space, should they wish, as well as sufficient parking for their guests.

Open-air parking spaces will be allocated around the perimeter of the complex to reduce as much as possible traffic within the complex and speed restriction measures will ensure any driving inside the complex will be with the safety of residents given priority.
