The chosen exterior which has to give the market area a classical accent is the stone facing frame. Entrances to the market areas are frontally.
The residential part is situated in the back yard which is planted and inaccessible for cars. That part consists of 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments each of them with own veranda and wonderful view to the summer garden.
Each one of the six sections of the building has 4 residential levels with apartments and studios. Their area is from 51 to 177 sq.m. Each section has a separate lift which serves also the lower ground levels.
