The total area of the houses is 522 sq.m. or 261 sq.m. each.

The apartments and the houses are provided with park places and half underground garage, which are nested in the green of the park.

The complex has its own staff, who keeps in good condition the building, the park and all complex facilities, and is taking care of the complete comfort of the complex occupants.
