The Residential Complex is a complex of the “closed” type, situated in the western part of Vinitsa – a residential area, which has been vigorously renovated in recent years. Vinitsa is located 6 km from the city of Varna - Bulgaria’s Black Sea capital, 4 km from “St. St. Constantine and Helena” Summer Resort and 12 km from the famous “Golden Sands” Resort.
