The Golf View Residences
The Golf View Residences are situated in a horseshoe formation around The Clubhouse and offer magnificent facilities and a clear view over the golf course, the sea and the horizon.
The 40 units consist of a blend of residence types and floor areas.
Their interior and exterior is currently being designed by the acclaimed Jean-Michel Gathy, Denniston International Architects, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
All residences will be equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, noise and heat insulation, wireless Internet connections and intercom systems.
They will feature built-in branded kitchens with high quality electrical appliances and walk-in wardrobes.
The bathrooms will present characteristic sanitary ware and stylish wall coverings.
Stone and wood flooring will complement the finishing of living room, kitchen and dining room, bedrooms and balconies.
Sliding-folding doors will separate the living area from the spacious terrace that in summer will form a natural continuation of the indoor area.

Accommodation periods in these nine buildings will be 1st-reserved for their private owners, their families, business associates and friends.
GHM – General Hotel Management, Singapore, the owners of The Chedi brand, will manage The Golf View Residences on a rental revenue sharing basis with the residence owners.
The Chedi Club Suites
The Chedi Club Suites will present detached 180 m² luxury homes to some 20 owners who will elect to use them as vacation homes at their preferred vacation periods. During other times, their homes will be pooled with the suites of the hotel for rent to paying guests.
The Chedi Residences
The Chedi Residences will be designed to fit into the landscape above Hillside Village and between The Chedi Club Suites.
Ninety innovative architectural gems will form a designer concept village the world has not seen so far.
They will comprise multi-storey triangular buildings above ground as well as residences that will be partially tucked-into the cliff with panoramic wide-angle views over the golf course and the sea. A 100m-long extravagant Pool Bridge belongs to The Chedi Residence development, and will traverse the access road to Marina Village.
The Chedi Villas
The Chedi Villas with their 400 m² living area, 450 m² covered external area and dedicated 2 500 m² sites will form a dramatically appointed village nestled into the cliffs along the fairways.

Marina Village
The soon to be completed Marina Village will form the commercial and entertainment centre of the resort and consists of seven residence buildings. Its design will allude to regional building traditions.
Situated only a few metres from the water, it covers a residential area with shops, restaurants and a cosy, colourful piazza. The Marina Village directly overlooks The Yachting Marina and Pier, and on its eastern side the Driving Range and the Watering Lake.
Hillside Village
The Hillside Residences are located just 150 metres from the sea, at a slightly higher altitude, above Marina Village and will be ready for accommodation in the season 2009.
This village consists of ten buildings of traditional design each with 5 to 16 residences, each featuring an unobstructed view over their three dedicated pools, the Marina Village, the golf course and the sea.
Both Marina Village and Hillside Residences are already nearly sold out.
