In Greek Mythology, Elysium is described as a part of the Underworld, where the souls of heroes people find their final rest. Elysium is a mysterious, yet blissful place for a deserved rest, a reward for the efforts and victories on Earth.

William Shakespeare and Mozart are both using the word to describe Heaven – Christianity’s idea of the blissful state of the human soul and unity with God. J.R.R. Tolkin, the famous author of the Lord of the Rings, describes Elysian Undying Lands as a home of the Gods, Elves and a handful chosen from the mankind.

Bansko, one of the most modern and fast growing ski resorts in Bulgaria, is situated in the foot of Pirin mountain. Breath-taking nature, combined with sports facilities and new developments, guarantee the comfort of the visitors and turn Bansko in a preferred location for both tourists and investors.

Elysium Golf and Spa is a project, located in one of the most beautiful and calm parts of Bansko. It has been designed to offer view of both the nearby golf course and the snow-capped peaks of Pirin.

Elysium Golf and Spa offers studios, one and two bedroom apartments.

Construction materials of the highest quality have been used throughout the construction, all joinery is PVC and the walls are insulated. Apartments are equipped with radiators in every room.

For full comfort, the common areas are beautifully designed. Every apartment has a terrace, giving the owner full access to the mind-blowing mountain views. Cable TV featuring many international channels is available, as well as Local Area Network and Wireless Internet Access throughout the complex.

A furniture package increases the value of the standard package. In addition to the furniture included in the Standard Package, it offers cutlery, kitchen utensils, towels, bed linen, garbage bin and a set of glasses.

Building Standards:
All apartments and studios are fully equipped and furnished to guarantee the comfort of their owners. Additional services are also available to guarantee security and convenience.

• Studio

Each studio apartment has a kitchen, a living room with a bedroom, a bathroom and an entrance hall. The kitchen is equipped with all of the domestic appliances, as well as cutlery. Each one comes fully fitted with units, basin with a stainless steel tap, thermo and water resistant worktops and drawers. Appliances include built-in oven, ceramic hot plates, and built-in fridge-freezer amongst other. Complete cutlery sets are provided, and will include everything needed for culinary adventures. The living room and bedroom are equipped with bedside tables, dressers, TV cupboard, dinning table, wardrobe, double bed and color TV. Complete bed linen sets are also included. The bathroom floor is laid out with terracotta, walls are covered with faience. Hot water boiler and electrical radiators also come as standard.

• One Bedroom Apartment

One bedroom flats in this complex have a kitchen, a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and an entrance hall. All apartments are fully fitted and furnished. Built-in units and drawers, thermo and water resistant work tops, stainless steel sink and tap feature in the kitchen. For complete comfort and convenience we have provided a built-in oven, ceramic hot plates, air filter, built-in fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle and an iron. Full set of cutlery is also included. The living room is equipped with carpet, rug and curtains. Other pieces of furniture in this room include dinning table, coffee table, armchair, TV cupboard, color TV, chairs and an extendable sofa. Each bedroom comes complete with a wardrobe, bedside tables, double bed, mattress, dressing table with a mirror and a stool. Complete set of bed linen is provided. The bathroom walls are covered with faience and the floor is terracotta. It is also equipped with a hot water boiler, washbasin, heating system and a splash curtain.

• Two Bedroom Apartment

Each two bedroom flat in the building has a second bedroom, apart from the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and the entrance hall. The equipment and cutlery in the kitchen is exactly the same as the one in the studio and one-bedroom flats. We have included a full set of cutlery, as well as the standard kitchen equipment like oven ceramic hot plates, air filter, fridge-freezer, toaster and a kettle. The living room has a softwood dinning table, chairs, coffee table, TV cupboard, color TV and an expandable sofa. In the bedroom we have provided bedside tables, wardrobe, dresser and a double bed. All the necessary bed linen is also included. In the next bedroom there are two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, mattresses and complete set of bed linen.

Bulgaria
Bulgaria is situated in south east Europe and occupies the eastern part of the Balkan Peninsula. Area: 111.000 sq km. Bulgaria’s topography is very versatile: vast plains and lowlands, high and low mountains, valleys and beautiful gorges. Bulgaria is distinguished by generous and varied nature - a sea with a 380 km. long coastal strip and golden beaches, 16 mountains with their own characteristic features, shelters valleys and high plateaus, over 550 curative mineral springs, dozens of unique natural phenomena and 2000 thrilling caves, a healthy climate and diverse flora and fauna. Bulgaria is on average 1600 metres above sea level due to the predominant mountain and elevated areas. The temperate climate offers hot and dry summer days and freezing winter months.

Bulgaria takes pride in its cultural and historical heritage, which everyone can experience and touch. Our lands are ancient crossroads. They remember many ancient civilizations: The Thracians bequeathed us the famous tombs near Kazanluk and Sveshtari, the unique gold treasures from Panagyurishte and Rogozen. The Hellenes built the beautiful coastal towns of Apollonia, Anhialo and Messambria, and Romans - ancient Aescus, Nikopolis ad Istrum and Nove. Huns, Gothes and Averas later passed through our lands. Around the mid-7th century the Slavs came from the north across the Danube and reached as far as the Black Sea and the Adriatic.

Bansko
Bansko is one of the fastest growing Bulgarian resorts. It is located in the foot of Pirin Mountain and combines the traditions of the mountain town with modern projects and facilities for its many visitors. It offers equal opportunities for relaxation and sports throughout the year. Bansko attracts many Bulgarian and foreign visitors both in the summer and in the winter. Bansko is also famous as a ‘city of museums’ and carries memories of past turbulent events that shook Bulgaria during the course of the years. It is part of the 100 National Tourist Destinations. New developments do not violate the architectural harmony of Bansko. Most of them are designed in a way as to add to the traditional architectural style and to give the resort a complete and finished appearance. Snowfall starts in December and the coverage remains until April. Excellent conditions for winter sports are available during this period. The total length of Bansko’s ski tracks is around 50 km, stretching at a height of 1100 to 2550 meters above the sea level. During the last few years the diversity of projects in the area has increased dramatically. As well as skiing and winter tourism, investors are now pointing their attention towards golf project opportunities in the areas nearing Basko.

Razlog
Razlog is a small town located in the southwestern part of Bulgaria, only around six km away form Bansko. It is situated in a mountainous area, between the peaks of Rila, Pirin and Rhodope Mountains. Razlog is another part of Bulgaria carrying its rich history and having lot to offer to its visitors. Authentic crafts shops and old traditional Bulgarian buildings have been preserved in their original state. Investor interest towards Razlog aims to turn it into a golf and spa center. The initial wave of investor interest, which overwhelmed Bansko, is now spreading to other towns in the region, amongst which Razlog. Initially, investors took their chance with holiday complexes, but projects are taking a new direction now and the potential of golf centers has come to the minds of many. As well as golf courses, substantial effort if put in the construction of residential complexes in the area. They offer vast range of facilities and help sports addicts practice their favorite activities and enjoy peaceful rest in the mountain region.

The Golf Course
Development of golf projects has become increasingly popular in Bulgaria over the course of the last few years. Pirin Golf is Bulgaria's unique mountain golf course. Its 18-hole championship layout has been designed by 2006 Ryder Cup European Team captain Ian Woosnam to challenge the skills of both beginners and master golfers.
