The holiday resort complex is situated in the villa area of  Rogachevo that is located 28 km away to the north of the city of Varna, 25 km away from Varna Airport, and 4 km away from Albena resort. The town of Balchik, famous for the Queen Maria’s palace, its opulent Botanic garden and picture-gallery, is 12 km away. In the vicinity there are three professional golf courses and one golf training school. To the west the resort complex is bordered by the Batova reserve that is abounding in game and suitable for hunting tourism. The town of Kavarna, known for its Black Sea architecture and the rock concerts by world-famous musicians held every week, is only 32 km away.

This is a unique place offering an incredible combination of sea, mountain, exceptionally clean air and lots of sunny days! “Albena” is starting the project of an own golf playground – informed the executive manager of the resort Mr. Krassimir Stanev. The purpose is to build up a professional golf playground, told Mr. Krassimir Stanev. The golf playground will be situated in the region of the village of Rogachevo, in the place The Valley. 

The golf playground will be disposed on 500 dca own ground. The idea project is given to a French architect. The investment according initial calculation will be 6-7 millions Euro

In a distance of 800 m from the complex Eco Holiday Village it is foreseen the building of a professional golf-academy of Gary Player on a ground of 50 dca. 

Besides the quoted message from Albena Co for a golf playground with 18 holes on 500 dca in the same region is foreseen the building of an other golf playground with 9 holes on 250 dca area.
