The Holiday resort is located 35 km from the regional center of Burgas and 18 km from the international airport of Sarafovo district and near the historic Nesebar – a part of the world heritage protected by UNESCO.

The resort consists of three wings where two of them are residential apartments, and the third wing is a small hotel. In the hotel part is located the reception, which is common for all buildings, a night bar, a covered bazaar, shops - supermarket, shop for souvenirs, shop for beach articles, a swimming pool for adults and children on an area of 300 sq.m with Wet bar thereto.

In residential building No2 is located the Spa center, fitness center, cosmetic studio, hairdresser’s, computer hall, children area. On the roof terraces of the buildings there is an incredible panoramic view of the whole bay and Stara planina mountains are located three types of pubs. In the tallest building is located the Sky bar. There you may enjoy the incredible diversity of refreshing cocktails and different soft and alcoholic beverages and at the same time to enjoy the incredible sunset and the stars. The Snack bar is located on the roof of the hotel part and offers especially light breakfasts, delicious cakes, creams and ice glaces.
