Complex is situated between Sunny Beach Resort and picturesque village Kosharitza. It is located at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain facing south and forms the area as a mountain and a sea resort at the same time. Because of its location the complex is ideal place for relax as it is in very quiet and peaceful region. At the same time the Sunny Beach center is only 5 minutes driving and 10-15 minutes walking from there. The international airport in Bourgas, which is one of the largest industrial towns in Bulgaria, is 25 minutes driving from Sunny Beach.

Our clients could order their own swimming pool - for houses 5 and 6, air-conditions, local heating and glazing the first floor.

In contrast to many of the Bulgarian villages Kosharitza is intensive developing. Except the well developed village zone, there are few health and village resorts south to Sunny Beach. The holiday in Kosharitza is suitable for people addicted to the beach and dynamic night life because of its location to Sunny Beach, as well as those who want to find the mountain silence and peace among the hills of Eastern Stara Planaina mountain. The land is suitable for mountain cycling. Many paths offer conditions for hiking, and the large number small water basins will make sport fishing fans happy. Wild animals live in the forests around so they are paradise for the hunters during the open hunter season. Golf playground will be developed soon.

Surrounding area:

Near by the village is located "Kalinata" Reserve famous with its natural swamp-snowdrop field and unique vegetable in the dense forest "Kalinata". Kosharitza is included in Natura 2000 (European protected regions), according to which the region is main birds airway. Just one walk in the reserve or deep in the Balkans's forests will make you totally purify. Lying afternoon in the village where the time is passing by quietly will make you forget about the noisy towns and the tiredness and the beach lines in Sunny Beach and Nesebar, clubs in resorts could turn your stay unforgettable.
