Property Details

The complex is spread over a plot with a total area of 3473 sq.m. It is located in the town of Nessebar, cuddled in a calm and beautiful bay, straight on the coastline, with an unbelievable view towards a stunning blue lagoon. The complex has its own beach. The aparthotel is 1 km away from the old museum town, 1,5 km away from the world known resort Sunny Beach and 25 km from the international airport of Bourgas.

It is comprised of two buildings: one main building with 90 apartments, a restaurant with 160 seats and a summer terrace, giving way to an amazing view towards sea, pool and pool bar, which elegantly touch the warm sea sand. The Reception, the security and the gym are all at the disposal of the apartments’ owners. The complex’s apartments have different sizes – from 43 to 123 sq.m. Each of them has a sea-view. The apartments are offered for sale luxuriously furnished and air-conditioned.

The basement of the building accommodates an underground parking with 38 parking lots. Its overall spread out area is 10 024 sq.m.

The town of Nessebar is 37 km away from the second by size town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast – Bourgas. The ancient Nessebar is located on a peninsula which lends additional charm, beauty and romance to the town’s overall appeal. The millenniums that passed left an unique mark on the town’s specific architecture.

Nessebar is one of the most ancient towns in Europe. It is established 5000 years ago. The town is divided into two parts: a New and an Old Town.

The New Nessebar embraces a lot of modern houses and hotels, restaurants, bars. The New town is sharing borders with the Sunny Beach resort.

The old Nessebar is located on an amazingly beautiful small peninsula. The characteristic architecture of the old houses here and the remains of more than 40 picturesque churches, the Thracian fortress walls, the Hellenistic residential and common areas, even the buildings from the époque of the Bulgarian Revival are all unique and very interesting.

The town is inscribed in the UNESCO List of the World Cultural Heritage in 1983.
