The structure of the building is monolithic, reinforced concrete frame, with brick walls protected by an isolating layer and mineral plaster, which resists the aggressive weather conditions during all year round. The joinery is five-chamber PVC color with casing Roto, providing for protection from high and low temperatures. The elevators are hydraulic, noiseless for maximum comfort of the tenants. Sozopol is situated in central eastern part of Bourgas district, 35 km from Bourgas and less than 90 km from Turkey to an international highway E-87. Close to Bourgas - administrative and economic center for Southeast Bulgaria, an important and promising center for the Black Sea and the Adriatic Sea, is part of European transport networks, combined with the opportunity for tourism, sport and relaxation. Sozopol is the main centre, focused with historical and cultural heritage in the region of Sozopol municipality. Indeed, the location of the unique Peninsula and urban structure is a result of the old heritage, contributing to the development, giving it a unique large-scale museum, opening development, inspired the human civilization.

Beach climate is Mediterranean, which feels in depth from 20 to 40 km of coastline. A very important element of the natural potential of the region is the sunshine. The actual period is 2100 to 2200 hours a year. The maximum period is in July and August. The seabed is relatively shallow, calm sea, deaf noise of the waves and incredible views of the horizon and the sea, turning a summer vacation in an unforgettable experience. The biggest and famous beaches are: "Kavatsite - 99 727 meters, dunes - 96 100 sq m, "Alepu" - 237 739 sq.m, dunes - 66 000 sq. m , "Harmanite - 40 000 sq. m, dunes - 14 280 sq. m,  Central beach Sozopol - 18 220 sq.m The sand is fine structured, prevailing quartz.

Tourism is the main industry with opportunities for knowing, eco-and ethno-tourism, yacht-tourism, hunting, underwater sports and tourism. Around the resort town are many natural sights and Reserves: National Park and "Ropotamo and the lilies" reserve, "Zmiyskiya /snake/ Island, where the only deposit of wild cactus in Bulgaria, Reserve "Water lilies", rock education "Lion Head", "Kolokita",  "Alepu", "Limanite".

Apollonia is the name of the old fortress, which today is built Sozopol. Today the annual "Movies of Arts" held in the city at the beginning of September bear the name Apollo. Complex  literally borders reserve "Sand lilies".
