• each apartment will be air-conditioned, and those with areas over 70 sq.m. will be supplied with two air-conditioners;
• the bathrooms are luxuriously furnished with all necessary accessories, which include also a luxury glass shower cabin. Each apartment has Internet access, cable TV and telephone, and is supplied with water and electricity meters. The front room is furnished with upholstered furniture and a coffee table.
• the kitchen is luxuriously made: has a fitted cooker with two heating panels, fitted washing machine, refrigerator, cupboards, kitchen sink, table and four chairs;
• the bedroom is supplied with a double bed, two night cabinets, double wardrobe and a dressing table;
