The newest villa settlement of Dinevi Group, presented by BG Estates Worldwide, is situated in south regulation extension of Saint Vlas. It is one of the largest living structures in the area.
The settlement has a key position among the nearest structures. It is connected to the yacht port Marina Dinevi-Saint Vlas, which has a capacity of over 300 yachts. The plot is situated on an existing gully and has a steep slope to the south.It is situated between 4 and 40 horizontal above the sea level. There are 15 apartments in building 6-12 two-room ones of 50 to 81 sq.m. 2 three-room ones of 75 sq.m and one four-room maisonette type of 123 sq.m.
Building 9 is a twin- type house. There are two one- family apartments of 193 sq.m.
Buildingń 10, 11, 12 and 13 are the same. The only difference is their situation and orientation.Each building has 2 two- room apartments of 56 sq.m. and 5 three-room ones of 77 to 91 sq.m.
Building 14 has 2 two- room apartments of 68 sq.m., 10 three- room ones of 81 to 94 sq.m. and 2 four- room maisonette types of 135 sq.m.

Developing the living structures and spaces, the designer has tried to reproduce the atmosphere of the Old Bulgarian architecture. The characteristic of the period large terraces above the first floor, narrow windows, large eaves, bay windows towards the street and the yard, high stone walls and domes, wooden gates, parapets and stairs have been followed while structuring the architectural image of the settlement.Ņhe living buildings of many stories have been “broken up” by using different materials, roofs at different levels, white plaster, breaking of the configuration, alternating battered and projected spaces and other architectural devices, which give to the architectural composition multi-planning characteristic of the Old Bulgarian architecture.
