Construction works commenced on Building 3 in Business Park Varna. So far 60 companies have expressed interest in renting office space in the new facility, which will face the old road to the capital, through the town of Devnya, as opposed to the highway.

The Class A office building has a gross actual area is 20 695 sq m. The local architect Dimitar Dimitrov has combined wood, glass and metal in the building's design. The office facility will be surrounded by green areas and will be supplied with an underground parking, atrium, panoramic elevator, conference hall, a bar and a restaurant.
