The project “Europe Park Sofia” will be built in stages over 7 years. The investment is around 500 M Euro. The project obtained a first class certificate from the Agency for Investments at the end of last week reported the “Dnevnik” journal.

“Europe Park Sofia” is going to be built in an area of 125 decares, which is part of the former factory “Balkanstar Sredec”. The project is will be realized in two stages.

The first stage is going to be complete in the first three years and includes the construction of “Europe Tower Sofia and the business center.” Europe Center Sofia” is going to be a 40 storey skyscraper and will be designed by the German Architecture Studio “HPP Hentrich- Petschnigg” and “Partner KG” from Düsseldorf, Germany.

“Europe Tower Sofia” with its 180 meters height is going to be the highest building in Bulgaria, which will automatically  turn it into a new landmark in Sofia, explained Henry Küter , the general executive of “ECE”. The second stage of the project includes the construction of residential buildings, extra business areas, a hotel and entertainment with a total area of 250 000 sq.m. The complex will be managed by the investors according to their strategy, provided in their other objects around the Europe.
