The Gardens Group's second project in Bulgaria will be called Bistritza Gardens. The price of of the development is estimated at 9.2 million euro. The architectural design is entrusted to architect Atanas Panov and his studio LP Consult. The ground-breaking ceremony of Gardens Group's second project in Bulgaria – Bistritza Gardens, was held yesterday in the village of Bistritza, close to Sofia. The investors became known in Bulgaria after the launch of their first project, Sofia Gardens, in Krustova Vada neighbourhood. The 7.2 million euro development was the first gated complex in Sofia. Gardens Group's other project is called Lozen Gardens. It will be situated in the picturesque village of Lozen. The development will consist of 120 single-family houses occupying an area of 110 000 sq m. Investment in this project will reach 22 million euro.
