Forton has just completed the negotiations according the purchase of Mall Varna, announced from the company. The purchaser is the Scottish company Miller Developments, a division of Miller Group, one of the UK's leading commercial property development companies. The purchasing procedure continued more than a year and participation took the Forton team of consultants and representatives of the Cushman& Wakefield head office in London. Mall Varna is the largest shopping center in Varna. The building is with total area of 70 000 sq.m and the construction has begun a year ago. In less than six months Mall Varna is going to welcome its first visitors. The transaction of Mall Varna is the biggest bargain with business center in Bulgaria and it is significant for the development of the real estate market in the country.
