A total of 71 million leva will be invested by Terra Tour Service company in the golf course. Construction is to be completed by 2010, announce BGNES. The first stage of Pravets Golf Resort and Country Club comprises a golf and a hotel complex on a site of 100 000 sq m. The complex received First Class Investor Certificate in April this year. The golf course will be with 18 holes meeting all international standards. The design was prepared by Haradine Golf. The hotel complex will consist 200 rooms and 10-15 apartments. According the project 78 luxury houses and six buildings with apartments will be constructed as well. Pravets is on the Hemus Highway that links Sofia with Varna on the Black Sea. The town is 80km from Sofia.
