The German company “Sharlok Projectmanagement “ plans to invest up to 50 Mln Euro in the construction of multifunctional complex in the town of Pleven, Bulgaria, announce from BGNES. The investors are in Bulgaria to take a first-hand look at the opportunities for the investment. Three more German companies from Munich have interest in the project. In three weeks a final decision is to be made whether construction is to start and when. According the project the complex include a multifunctional sports centre, in-door swimming pool, tennis courts, football field, business and exhibition center and hotel complex.
