A new business building with retail and office space opens doors today in Sofia's Pavlovo borough, investor.bg reports. The establishment is expected to serve 30 thousand people. The amount of the investment comes up to 2 million leva. Investor in the project is Avesta Trade Jsc. The three-level development with a gross actual area of about 2000 sq m was constructed on a plot of 1126 sq m and will shelter retail outlets for clothes, perfumery, cosmetics and cell phones, antiquities shop, a bank office and a beauty salon. Plovdiv-based company Yazov Ltd. was the subcontractor, carrying out the project. Avesta Trade Jsc has been dealing in managing and letting out own property developments for 15 years now. The company's investment activity dates to three years back. The company also owns and manages a fitness centre in Sofia's Strelbishte neighbourhood.
