First class investor certificate to receive today Mall Pleven, JSC for its project in the city of Pleven. 80 Mln leva will be invested in the new trade center, announces Actualno.com. The future Mall of Pleven will be situated over area of 10 thousand sq.m, the total build-up area with the underground levels is to be 46 800 sq.m, and the total rental area – over 17 800 sq.m. Shareholder in the company Mall Pleven, JSC is “Aladin” JSC with owner the Syrian Alladin Harfan. He plans also to invest 38 Mln leva in the construction of trade and entertainment centre in the city of Kardzhali.
