The Colliers International Bulgaria Logistics & Industrial team has finalized the largest ever transaction in this sector in Bulgaria. Colliers consultants structured and brought to a successful conclusion the complex 22,000 m2 deal between leading distributor Kaven Orbico and Industrial Park Sofia East. Kaven Orbico is the official distributor of a number of world brands on the Bulgarian market. The company supplies the products of leading producers such as Procter&Gamble, Philip Morris, Shell lubricants, Mars, and SC Johnson. The space will be developed in three stages within the next three years and gradually occupied by the client. It will provide space for light manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, benefiting from completely integrated infrastructure.
