The Spanish company “Ferry Group” officially announced the start of project “Kutina Golf Resort”. The company was proclaimed for the first official partner of EU in Bulgaria for the ‘Steady Development' project. A few days ago „Ferry” received a permitting for building, now the actual investor prepares for the first dig. Project of boutique golf village start promisingly, especially after EC and the European Regions Assembly recognized it a model of steady development. Company intends to build a large scale sport- tourist complex, including golf playground, swimming pools, tennis courts, club building, hotel complex, flats, bungalows and market area. The Spanish investors have decided to increase the investment from 180 to 500 million euro. The construction of the golf course will actually begin in the spring of 2008 and is planned to be finalized by April 2009.
