“Costa Del Corko” is the name of new holiday complex which starts to be build near by Tzarevo, the project supposed construction of underground streets and parking with 24h security. “Bulgaria Consult” is the developer, “Planex holding” is the Chief executer of the project, the Varna’s company “Planex holding” value the project around 60 million euro, reported Tzarevo municipality.

The new complex will be situating on 85 decars with build up area 62 000 sq.m and capacity of 2500 people. The residential complex is consisting of 53 buildings, 927 apartment fom 50 to 100 sq.m.

In the inside of the complex will be build up five stars hotel, residential part, trade and business centers, administrative building, 12 swimming pools with water bars in the residential part; 1 big pool, fountains and attractions.  Vehicles it won’t be available (except electrical buggies which will be used for the luggage transfer).

In the complex will be provide security, twenty four hours medical center, bank, amphitheatre and summer cinema. The complex will have around 10 children’s playgrounds with mini Aqua Park, attractions and children’s club.

The project will be finished by 2009.
