Bulgaria has recorded a significant increase of 27.7 % in the real estate prices for the third quarter of 2007, which puts the country in second place, behind Latvia, according to the online issues of the Irish Independent. In the United States prices have grown by a mere 3.1 per cent in the third quarter, significantly less that the recorded 9.9 % rise in the second quarter, resulting in the slowest year on year growth for nearly a decade. Quarterly, prices have risen only 0.1% in the second quarter of 2007. |
