 1200 EUR will be the preferential price per square meter in the new holiday village, developed by Bulgarian Land Developments in Borovetz, it was announced today by www.stroitelstvo.bg According to the intentions of the developer, the project will be worth 27 million EUR and construction will begin in spring 2008 in Borovetz. The plot of around 56 000 sq. m. was purchased in the beginning of this year for 3.4 million GBP. The total build up area of the development will be 60 000 sq. m. It will consist of 9 four storey residential buildings with around 920 apartments and a hotel area with approximately 120 apartments. The holiday homes will be sold to the new owner fully finished, the manager Dimitar Spasov explained. |
