Kuwaiti association purchased 6 plots in Bulgaria


The Kuwaiti association Al-UAFA-Bulgaria purchased 6 properties in Samokov Municipality at an auction, held yesterday, it was announced by sgrada.com

All of the plots are in regulated land and their total area is around 4 000 sq. m. For two of the plots the price went up by around 10 000 BGN, but the rest were sold at the starting price. Total value of the deal is 370 000 BGN, or around 100 BGN per square meter.

The association is already building a holiday complex in the Govedarci village and investment intentions are concentrated around the entire Borovetz area. The Arab company is an agent of the Bulgaria BULDOM for Kuwait and the Persian Gulf and its manager are Krasimir Djankov and Alexander Vulov.

The association became famous for its project for the construction of two skyscraper twin towers . According to the plans, the towers will be constructed in Sofia’s Serdika area, and will have a total build up area of 300 000 sq. m. including offices, a luxury 5 Star Hotel, shopping complex and 2500 underground parking spaces.
