The segment of the logistics centers will be the most interesting one
The supply of logistics bases is very limited for the moment. The areas around Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv and Ruse are busily shaping into logistics bases. This market segment offers good profit and perspectives for employment, as the analysis show.
Throughout next year, the supply of offices will still be failing to meet the demands. This leads to low percentage of vacant areas – between 2 and 4 %. The reason behind is that the big projects for office buildings (class A) will be ready in 2009. New offices are sought by international companies, which are established in Bulgaria and look to expand their business.
The market of commercial projects and areas is booming up, reveal the bank analysis. In the following two years, 500 000 sq.m. will be built, and so the market in some of the towns will be satisfied completely. |
