The campaign for preparation of the spring edition of the largest exhibition for real estate on the Balkans BalPEx have started. The exhibition will take place from 18 till 20 April 2008 in Inter Expo and Congress Centre and will be preceded by the second annual Balkan Real Estate Conference - BalREc, which will be held on 15-16 April in Kempinski Zografski hotel, Sofia.

BalPEx proved to be one of the most significant events in the real estate sphere for South East Europe and it turned into a traditional place which gathers the most eminent professionals in the field. Again the main exhibition’s emphasis will be the residential properties, vacation and holiday villages, industrial properties, office and retail spaces and logistic centres. There’s a great interest in the presentation of projects for residential and holiday complexes, hotels and office centres. The participants’ offers are oriented towards both end-customers and the business – corporate clients, industrial investors and real estate agencies.

The total amount of the exhibitors’ participations exceeded 240 in the two issues of 2007 and the event attracted over 15 000 visitors.
