Expected growth in industrial properties market

Developed infrastructure, key transport corridors and fast developing trade sector in the region of South-East Europe are preconditions for fast growth during the next months and year.
Expected economic growth during the next four years in combination with the higher rate of funds will affect over the industrial area demand. Because of the geographical location, membership in EU and infrastructure improvements, Bulgaria starts to form as preferable logistic destination and key distribution centre for companies operating on European and Asian markets in same time. Future demands of logistics area will be defined by large trade chains, international companies and companies in logistic and spedition.
