In 2007 was made 325 385 property sales which exceeds reported in 2006 number of deals with 4%. That is written in a research made by Arco Real Estates.
The largest sales number are registered in the towns of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas, Nessebar and Rousse. It is expected in 2008 this number of property sales to remain at this stage, and the sales money value to go high.
Analysts expect rise in the prices of apartments (about 10-15%) in 2008.
