11 437 apartments in the country with total built-up area of more than 1.548 million sq.m have received construction permits during the Q1, said from the National Statistical Institute (NSI)

Bourgas area is still a leader with 394 permits for development of 2354 residences, Sofia is following with 311 for 1161 residences and on the third place is Varna area with 236 permits for 1326 apartments.

For the administrative buildings development 78 permits have been issued with area of about 140 000 sq.m.
