The average price per sq.m for residential property in the cities during the second quarter is with 5.9% higher than the first quarter, said NSI (National Statistic Institute).

The average price for the second quarter is 1376.29 leva per sq.m compared to 1299.95 leva per sq.m for the first one.

The growth is lower than the one from the first quarter of the year which is 6.8% compared to the last quarter of 2007.
