The Bulgarian capital Sofia is among the cities, where the life is cheapest compared to other places throughout the world. It takes 97th position by expenses for the foreign undertakers.

The annual rent costs in Bulgaria are around 72 euroa sq m. Top-ranked Belgium offers 50 euro a sq m. Neighbouring Romania is at 48 euro a sq m.
