In the middle of September 2008 BG Estates Worldwide unveiled its new office in St. Petersburg, Russia.

In Charge of the new delegation was appointed Nataia Kolomiets - Regional Manager, who's obligations include the general management of the office, relations with customer wishing to purchase a property in Bulgaria - from an apartment through seaside cottages to complete investment and development projects.

The opening of this office is the next step in the realization of the strategic plan of the company.

The main principle of the company remains the complete and most optimal solution to the client's needs and wants, which is accomplished through a close and continuous communication with clients. The opening of Our ST. Petersburg office was dictated by the rapidly increasing interest in the purchase of overseas homes in Bulgaria by resident of the Northern Capital of Russia.

The low prices of real estates in Bulgaria, accompanied by the recent increase of property prices in ST. Petersburg, are making Bulgaria a very popular destination not just for holidays, but also as an investment.

The average price per sq. m. in Bulgaria currently stands at approximately 800 - 1300 EUR/sq.m, and small seaside cottages are currently selling at around 100 000 EUR. As early as 2005 the "Average Price" was standing at 400-600 EUR/sq.m.

Based on our prognosis, in the new 3 years the prices are expected to grow as much as 70-90% of their current value, regardless of the very intense construction, which goes on at the moment - almost every month a new complex is put in exploitation. Properties in Bulgaria are currently seeing a very large interest from St. Petersburg's citizens.

Highest interest at present is shown in first line apartments in Sunny Beach, Sozopol, Chernomoretz, Pomorie. Demand for Ski Resort properties is rapidly increasing with clients purchaing in Pamporovo, Bansko and Borovetz.

Land investment projects are also seeing an increase in iterest (for the construction of residential and tourist complexes) with land prices in prestige locations now fetching 200-300 EUR/sq.m.
