7-star complex to be built near Balchik
Luxury 7-star boutique hotel complex Tracian Cliffs Golf Marina & SPA Resort” which market price is more than 550 million euro, is under construction between Balchik and Kavarna. The complex is the first one of this type in Bulgaria and Southeastern Europe.
The realizing of the grand project is managed by the Singapore company GHM which is owner of the luxurious hotel chains Chedi and AmanResorts.
The view in the resort’s design follows the concept for residential space, integrated into the refined landscape – buildings takes only 13% of the resort, investors explained.
Landscape has outdoor infinity pool with heating, decorative water areas and rich greenery.
The complex will have also first class yacht club and a boutique marina with more than 90 harbor lots. |
