85% of trade areas in Serdika Center have been already rented
Eighty five percent of trade areas in the trade and office center “Serdika Center” which is being constructed have been already rented. That was announced by the center manager Atanas Radev. His expectations are all the area to be rented until the opening of the complex, which will be in spring next year. At the moment there are conversations with other potential tenants, added Radev. In the mall there will be 220 shops situated on three levels. The total trade area is 50 000 sq.m.
In the Serdika Center is planned construction of 35 000 sq.m. office space and that part of the complex will be opened in the summer of 2009. There will be 1600 parking lots in two underground levels. |
