A luxurious office centre established next to Tsarigradsko Shousse Blvd in Sofia
Recently a new business centre Mladost was opened in the capital city of Sofia. The location of the building is very strategic - it is close to the biggest boulevard in Sofia, which provides a fast connection to the airport, the city center, and the "Trakia" highway. The area where the building was build is with dynamical growth. There are mainly business structures under construction nearby, also a large project named “Megapark“ is being realized.
The total build-up area of the office building is approximately 8000 sq. m. It has large and small hall for seminars, presentations, exhibitions, etc. Next to the biggest hall there is a restaurant with its own entrance.
Very interesting element of the composition is the Atrium, which stands out like separate light area for relaxation and social contacts with green areas and water effects. The other parts of the building were developed as an office area with a central communication core. This site has also underground parking lots for 49 cars. |
