Almost 310 thousand transactions on the property market in 2008
For the past year in the country there were 309 788 real estate deals, data from the National Statistical Institute shows.
Most of the transactions were made in the capital - 40 906, while in Varna and Plovdiv they were about 17 000. In the top of the list are also Ruse and Burgas, where the statistics reported respectively 8200 and 7654 transactions.
Most successful for the last year was the fourth quarter, when more than 95 thousand transactions were made, while the worst period was the first quarter with 56 thousand deals. |
