In Bulgaria there are 45 mln.dca cultivated agricultural land, 80 % of which is private property, 10% - municipal and 10% - of state. The private property over land was reestablished by the Law of Property and Agricultural Land, published in 1991. By this law every 3 Bulgarian becomes a landlord. The average area of the parcels is 5 – 7 dca. The maps of the agricultural land were published in 1995 and 1998 and have been continuously actualized. Our company deals with the trade only of agricultural land since 2001, from December 2005 we have been sold more than 130 000 dca, from April 2006 – about 25 000 dca. Our clients are different physical and legal persons, over 150. From August 2005 there has been an increasing demand of agricultural land. From 01.01.06 till 01.06.06 there has been a 40% increase of the agricultural land`s price and over a 100% increase of the interest in it.

The price of the agricultural land in regions and categories varies from 130 to 280 lv. There are prices in euro/sq.m. on the seaside and in the mountain resorts.

Our company`s services include: market research, purchase of agricultural land on behalf of the client, preparation of all the necessary documents, the notary deeds and registration of the property on the name of the new owner. The commission of the company depends on the service and is 4% - 8% of the purchase price.
