Bulgaria with the highest growth rate in malls
For the first 6 months in Western Europe, Italy recorded the highest volume of new space with 18 new business centers with total area of just over 370 thousand square meters, but Bulgaria has the highest percentage growth of new shopping centers - 33%.
Given that all construction projects of commercial centers in Bulgaria, scheduled for the next 18 months are completed on time, the country will consider the unprecedented growth of 370 percent of available space in shopping centers for the period. |
