Bulgarian properties - most prefered from the Russian investors
Russian Internet magazine Prian.ru made a survey about the popularity of the main destinations for Russian investors in the property market based on above 400 000 searches in Real estate Internet catalogues.
Bulgaria is in the first place by popularity (15.16%) although the survey rejected statements that each second Russian buyer is turned to it. The interest is still concentrated to Black sea resorts and less to winter and SPA resorts. |
