Central and Eastern Europe record searching of office areas in Q2

In spite of the getting worse economic prospects and more pessimistic business arrangements in Europe, office rents searching has been extremely high during the second quarter of the year, but tenants pulled back themselves from the top areas market because of their unwillingness to pay high rents, a research of the consultant company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) reveals.

During the Q2 in the countries from the Central and Eastern Europe, where the increase of work positions continues, as in Germany, a high searching of office areas has been recorded. In contrast to them, other countries, in particular Great Britain, Spain, Ireland, have been recorded a drop in offices reclamation.
